Required documents for Virtual Visa or MasterCard for Online and MoTo payments:

1. Signed card application form (Agreement, client questionnaire and card application form)
2. Certified Copy of passport and signature specimen by Notary Public with an Apostille. Learn more about Apostille system, click here!

5 steps, how to become a cardholder:

	Read the terms and conditions of the agreement.
	Complete the Virtual Card application form. On receiving the submitted form, we will provide you with your agreement and banking forms via E-mail.
	Sign the printed forms and send them to us by courier or regular mail! Please include certified copy of your passport and signature specimen and personal identifiaction card (download *.PDF form, here!).
	Upon payment and documentation receipt, the Bank will send you the code tables and initial password to your mailing address. By logging onto Card Web for the first time, please change your initial password!
	Transfer money to your Virtual Card account and start using it over Internet!
