Required documents for Current Personal Bank Account:

1. Signed account application form (Agreement and Client Questionnaire)
2. Certified Copy of passport for each signatory by Notary Public with an Apostille
3. Certified Signature Specimen for each signatory by Notary Public with an Apostille

Required documents for Current Corporate Bank Account:

1. Signed agreements (Account servicing agreements, client questionnaire, free format company profile, signed authorized signatures and corporate seal sample card);
2. Notarized copy or original of Certificate of Registration with an Apostille;
3. Notarized copy or original of Statutes (Memorandum, Articles, By-laws);
4. Notarized copy or original of Power of Attorney (if not nominated in Statutes);
5. Copy of passport of account signatory certified by Notary Public with an Apostille
6. Personal Signature Specimen of account signatory certified by Notary Public with an Apostille

4 steps, how to acquire a numbered bank account:

	Read the terms and conditions of the agreement.
	Complete the account application form and submit it. Upon receipt of the application form we will send you an order confirmation message to be used as an invoice containing also all necessary banking forms.
	Send and/or fax us the required documentation and make payment for the account opening
	Upon receipt of the required documentation and payment we will send you the full product package with an account and banking documentation within 5 (five) banking days plus actual delivery time.
