Required documents for Secured Personal Credit Cards:

1. Signed card application form (Agreement, Client Questionnaire and Card application form)
2. Certified Copy of passport for each cardholder by Notary Public with an Apostille
3. Certified Signature Specimen by Notary Public with an Apostille

Note: You can make one apostille for both: copy of passport and personal signature specimen stitched together. More about apostille system and alternative due diligence / customer identification procedures, check here!

Required documents for Corporate Credit Card:

1. Notarized copy or original of Certificate of Registration with an Apostille;
2. Notarized copy or original of Statutes (Memorandum, Articles, By-laws);
3. Notarized copy or original of Power of Attorney (if not nominated in Statutes);
4. Signed card application form (Agreement, Client Questionnaire and Card application form)
5. Certified Copy of passport for each cardholder and company principal by Notary Public with an Apostille
6. Certified Signature Specimen by Notary Public with an Apostille

4 steps, how to become a cardholder:

Read the terms and conditions of the agreement.
   

Complete the service application form and submit it. Upon receipt of the application form we will send you an order confirmation message to be used as an invoice and containing all necessary banking forms via E-mail.
   
Send and/or fax us the required documentation and make payment for the service
   
Upon payment and receipt of the required documentation we will send you the full product package with a card and banking documentation within 5 (five) banking days plus actual delivery time.
