About Program:
Welcome to our Affiliate Program! Our Affiliate Program provides you a chance to share in our success by letting the world know about www.vcardpro.com. It's free to join, and allows you to make money out of your website! It's easy to sign-up, requires no specialist technical knowledge, and can be earning you commissions in minutes!

What's an Affiliate Program?
This is a common type of Internet relationship, which offers webmasters a means of profiting from their websites. Affiliated sites generate sales for commercial websites, and in return receive a percentage or fixed commission of their value.

How Does it Work?
When you join you will be supplied with your own, unique, linking and referrer code to place on your site. More textual links, banners and buttons for our products and services can be found here! Where, which, and how many links you use is entirely up to you.

When a user clicks on a link to vcardpro.com their activity will be tracked by our technology, and, if that user proceeds to enter your referrer code and produce a payment your account will be credited with the fixed amount. Consequently the user is interested to provide and remember your referrer code in order to get discounts on our service application pages. For more information, please refer to the Affiliate Agreement, Terms and Conditions, section: C. Commission Payments and Discounts!

You will also be able to log-in 24 hours a day to view real-time statistics on sales and how your links are performing.

Upon achieving the threshold limit of US$ 100, please send us your payment details by fax: +371 7513298 or mailto:merchant@vcardpro.com indicating your affiliate ID on a message reference or subject line. We process monthly commission payments above threshold limit and within five banking days for each month. For more information on payment options, please refer to our Pay Out section on the left side menu!

Can I refer other affiliates to vcardpro.com?
Yes, you can refer other affiliates to us. Just ask them to enter your site referrer code in our affiliate program sign up page and we will pay you 5% of his/her earnings for the continuos 6 months! Your referred affiliate account(s) will be credited for US$ 25 on sign up!

Who Can Join?
Anyone with a website, but preferably websites related to offshore services, international finance, tax planning, asset protection, offshore banking, investment, payment cards, payment processing, e-commerce, etc… The service is available worldwide and no specialist technical knowledge is required, and sign up can be completed in seconds online.

AFFILIATE AGREEMENT, TERMS and CONDITIONS

A. Your Affiliate Account
1. Affiliates must at all times keep their login information secure, and not reveal it to any other party. Failure to do so, will mean that affiliate will be responsible for all transactions on his or her account. vcardpro.com will act on any information or instructions, which it reasonably believes has come from affiliates, and will not be liable to affiliates in doing so.
2. Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information when signing up, and keep vcardpro.com informed of any changes. Failure to do may result in termination of the Affiliate's account, without payment of any outstanding revenue.
3. vcardpro.com may close your account without notice if it is not accessed for 60 continuous days, and/or no sales or leads are registered in your account for 60 days. In such an event the accrued revenue will be treated as forfeited, and will be retained by vcardpro.com.

B. Prohibited Sites
4. Affiliates may not earn revenue from vcardpro.com, or use any banners, buttons, text links provided by vcardpro.com on any prohibited site. Prohibited sites include sites promoting or linking to adult materials, racist materials, phreaking, hacking, advice on scams or any other objectionable materials (even where a disclaimer is present), at the sole discretion of vcardpro.com. The Affiliate is responsible for ensuring their site does not contain any objectionable material. If in doubt the Affiliate must obtain consent by e-mail from vcardpro.com. The e-mail sign up acceptance sent from vcardpro.com does NOT count as valid acceptance.

C. Commission Payments and Discounts

5. vcardpro.com shall credit Affiliate Accounts according to the following rates based on actual sales:

D. Qualifying Conditions for Payment

7. Affiliates are paid by internal wire transfers to personal payment cards (Cirrus, Maestro or VISA Electron), Western Union or International Wire Transfer. Upon achieving the threshold limit US$ 100 affiliate should provide vcardpro.com with his/her payment option and account details. Our contact details:

7.1 Payment options:

7.1.1 To Personal Payment Cards:

Achieving threshold limit US$ 100 affiliate is supplied with Personal Cirrus, Maestro or VISA Electron Card by courier service. The first US$ 100 are held as an opening and annual fee for the payment card.

All further commission payments are not a subject to any charges or fees by vcardpro.com!

Choosing former payment option, please fax us or e-mail scanned Copy ID indicating your affiliate account user name and payment card type. On receiving your Copy ID we will deliver you the electronic banking forms for signing and notarization.

7.1.2 Western Union Transfers are subject to the fees according to the following table:

7.1.3 International Wire Transfer to your personal or corporate bank account are subject to the following commissions:

7.2 All payments are sent out within 5 (five) banking days after each month.

7.3 All payments are made out in US dollars

8. Payments are subject to: a US$ 100 minimum accrued payment.

E. Other Terms & Conditions
9. vcardpro.com operates a strict no spam policy. Affiliates may not use any form of spam, at the sole discretion of vcardpro.com, to earn revenues. Use of spam will result in termination of the affiliate's account, without payment of any outstanding revenue.
10. Affiliates shall immediately indemnify vcardpro.com against all proceedings, fees, expenses, payments, liabilities, injury, costs and damages, however they arise.
11. vcardpro.com may change the terms and conditions of this contract at any time, on the proviso that the change is notified on this website. Changes take effect three days from the time of notification.
12. This Contract shall commence on the date the application form is submitted and it may be terminated by either party at any time with immediate effect. Upon the termination of the contract, affiliates shall immediately remove all links from its sites and affiliates shall not be entitled to receive any Commission on any referrals made after the termination date. If an affiliate terminates this Contract for any reason, no payment for outstanding commission will be made.
13. Any one individual (whose website does not belong to a registered company) must open only one account, no matter how many sites they own. If they open more than one account, vcardpro.com will not combine any payments for any reason whatsoever, and may at its sole discretion cancel all open accounts. A registered company may open multiple accounts provided it does not use its referral link from one account, to open further accounts. Individuals may also open further accounts, if it has permission from vcardpro.com, and does not use his/her own referral link from one account, to open further accounts.
14. Affiliates must keep amounts earned from vcardpro.com fully confidential and not disclose it to any third party whatsoever.
15. In the event of any dispute between an affiliate and vcardpro.com, the decision of vcardpro.com is final and absolute.
16. Affiliate queries will only be dealt with via e-mail. In order to keep costs down, enabling us to provide a better service. Any e-mail reply you receive is without prejudice to these terms & conditions, unless you are specifically told the terms & conditions do not apply.

H. Event of Sale Or Voluntary Termination
17. Should Clairville LLC decide to sell and/or transfer the vcardpro.com service to a third party, or terminate the service for any reason wheresoever, all affiliates who at the time have earned a minimum payout of greater than US$ 100 will be paid out automatically. All other revenues will be forfeited, and no claims may be made for this revenue.

I. No Liability or Warranty
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. In no event shall Clairville LLC be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, cost of cover, or other special, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising from this Agreement or use of any part of vcardpro.com, however caused and regardless of theory of liability. This limitation will apply even if vcardpro.com has been advised of, or is aware of, the possibility of such damages. No claim can be made against any other part, or profits, except vcardpro.com of Clairville LLC for claims arising from vcardpro.com.
19. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. vcardpro.com specifically disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of the system or services provided. No responsibility will be taken for loss of service or data for any reason, due to but not limited to server failures, hacking, fire, flood, acts of God, theft, whether or not vcardpro.com or its staff were responsible. No compensation will be given for such incidents. Affiliates must keep regular backups of all data.
20. vcardpro.com is wholly owned and operated by Clairville LLC . No claim can be made against any other part, or profits, except vcardpro.com of Clairville LLC for claims arising from vcardpro.com
