2. Q: How much is the application fee?
A: You may have seen other merchant services
that charge up to USD 1,000. There is no application fee and no setup
fee for Virtual Card Merchant Account.
3. Q: What is transaction fee and merchant commission?
A: The Bank transaction fee of USD 0.15
is a fixed fee which is charged for each debit and credit transaction.
Merchant commission of 2.7% is a percentage of the turnover of VCard Pro
payment card transactions that is charged to handle transactions for you.
4. Q: What other charges will be deducted from my account?
A: There are no other charges than the
transaction fees and merchant commission.
5. Q: With other companies, it may take up to several
weeks for funds to appear in my business checking account. How soon can
I expect to have funds available when I obtain my VirtualMerchant Account
through VCardPro Web site?
A: If You open an account through VCardPro
Web site the funds will be transferred to your account within 2 business
days.
6. Q: Can I open Virtual Card Merchant Account for
international business?
A: Our services are available worldwide.

8. Q: What do I need in order to start processing VCardPro

A: There are 4 easy steps to get up and

for VirtualMerchant Account opening procedure, the Vitual Merchant agreement
enclosed

for an order to be processed correctly?
A: Cardholders only need to provide their
name, VCard Pro payment card number, and expiry
date
10. Q: How do my cardholders keep track of their transactions?
A: Depending on a card type, they can check
it on-line, receive monthly statements via E-mail, Regular mail or at
the VCard Pro partner bank..
11. Q: Do I receive a monthly statement?
A: We will send you your monthly statement
via secure E-mail or regular mail.
12. Q: How are transaction fees and merchant commissions
deducted?
A: Transaction fees and merchant commissions
are automatically deducted each time a transaction is processed.
