3. Q: What is transaction fee and merchant commission?
A: The Bank transaction fee of USD 0.15 is a fixed fee which is charged for each debit and credit transaction. Merchant commission of 2.7% is a percentage of the turnover of VCard Pro payment card transactions that is charged to handle transactions for you.

4. Q: What other charges will be deducted from my account?
A: There are no other charges than the transaction fees and merchant commission.

5. Q: With other companies, it may take up to several weeks for funds to appear in my business checking account. How soon can I expect to have funds available when I obtain my VirtualMerchant Account through VCardPro Web site?

A: If You open an account through VCardPro Web site the funds will be transferred to your account within 2 business days.
