1. How to acquire a virtual card?
Read the terms and conditions of the agreement.
Complete the Virtual Card application form. On receiving the submitted form, we will provide your reference number and agreement to your E-mail account.
Sign the printed form and send it to us by mail or fax together with the copy of your passport.
Pay for the Virtual Card account opening.
On receiving your payment, we will send you the number and expiry date of your virtual card and inform you about it by E-mail.
Transfer money to your Virtual Card account and start using it over Internet!
Follow up on the status of your card account and credit it when necessary.


2. How to add money to my Virtual Card?

On receiving the Virtual Card application form, we will advise you about your account number and payment details via e-mail.

3. What information is gathered about me?

All that we need to open your Virtual Card account is the application form and your E-mail address to keep you informed.

4. How to block the card?

If you have any doubts about the security of your card and want to stop it, enter it on the Stop list via the Members Area. Your card number will be blocked.
To acquire a new card, complete the Renew application form on the web in the Members Area. You will receive a new card number within 24h, except holidays. The funds from your blocked virtual card account, if you have any, will be available for you with the new card number.


5. How to check my card balance?

You can check your card balance by logging onto the Members Area of our E-banking website.

6. Are there any restrictions as to the availability of the card?

There are no restrictions as to the availability of the card. Cards are issued to the citizens of any country of the world. The card account is opened with secure European bank within strict bank secrecy law jurisdiction.

7. What is the minimum and maximum account balance?

There are no restrictions to the minimum or maximum card account balance. You can keep unlimited money amount on your virtual card account.

8. How long will it take for me to receive virtual card number?

You will receive your card number and expiry date within 2 days after Service application form receipt.

9. How is Virtual Card different from credit cards and debit cards?

Virtual Card is a prepaid card. Once the funds are transferred to your Virtual Card, you can spend only the sum equal to the sum on your virtual card account and not more.
Unlike a debit card, virtual card is not directly linked to your checking account. The Card's transactions are not reported to credit bureaus.
It is more secure to use virtual card on Internet, rather than credit or debit cards, because you can protect yourself from fraud due to the limited amount of money on the virtual card account. So, nobody will be able to take more money from your account than it has.


10. What should I do if I found unauthorized transactions on my statement?

If you notice unauthorized transactions in your statement or transactions differing from the original amount please contact VCard Pro by sending e-mail with detailed explanation of the mater.
As outlined in Agreement, VCard Pro must receive your written notification within 45 days from the transaction date.

Important: if you send notification, your card will not be automatically put in the stop list. We do advise you to replace your card immediately, because unauthorized transactions may indicate that an unauthorized person has found a way to use your card.
